A lady on Facebook, shared these graphic images yesterday.
She said
" We need to be careful with house helps.
This is what a house help did to an innocent child."
Location has not been identified yet.
The child also looks dead, although it has not been confirmed yet.
This is absolutely not acceptable.
What an evil act!!!!
