As we all know , British born singer, Rita Ora announced her departure from Jay'z record label ' RocNation' earlier this year. Rita filed a huge lawsuit against them due to the lack of attention and focus she was receiving from the company. However it has all been settled now. The singer just signed a worldwide recording contract with Atlantic and is already planning to release a new song this year!
“Music is my first love and I am looking forward to getting my new songs released,” said Ora in a statement. “I’m thankful to my new Atlantic Records family for all their support and encouragement. The next chapter is going to be incredible.”
Ben Cook, president of Atlantic Records, UK say that he is looking forward to working with Rita. “Rita is a rare talent and a true global star,” he said. “First and foremost she’s a great singer who’s hugely passionate about music and I’m delighted to welcome her to Atlantic Records. We look forward to getting in the studio with her and making an incredible album.”
