A man decided to use an 18 inch cassava shaped like a penis as a sex toy which then got stuck in his anal sphincters while trying to use it as a sex toy through his anus. The unnamed patient carved the dildo out ofcassava, a root vegetable native to South America and Africa. Without the lubrication, the 55 year old couldn’t get it back out without causing serious damage and potentially rupturing his intestine. Surgeons at San Juan de Dios Hospital in Costa Rica took close to two hours to finish the procedure, local news reported, but thankfully the patient recovered from his ordeal.
