Kylie and her big sister Khloe Kardashian, attended their friends fashion launch' FORWARD By Elyse Walker & Unravel fashion event'  in Los Angeles. Kylie wore a very short, open cut, boob tube, black latex dress designed with a sip on the side. Is it not too revealing Kylie ??? Your only 18 #I'mjustsaying
