OOPS... Not quite a ' Marilyn Monroe Moment ' for Khloe Kardashian

The 28 year old Reality Star suffers 
a very embarrassing moment .
Her dress blew up and revealed 
her pair of nude Spanx.

She was surrounded by her sisters, Kim , Kourtney and Kendall 
who helped her to keep her dress down . LOL

To the rescue: Kendall jumped to her sister's side to help prevent another incident
She didn't look to pleased 

Recovery: Surrounded by her famous sisters, Kourtney and Kendall Jenner, she was seen quickly smoothing the fabric down across her thighs
