Healthy Glowing SKIN !!!

Queen Phillips's tips for a healthier looking skin 


1. I don't believe in using many products on your skin because from experience 
it damages your skin. Some products make you breakout more.

2.wash your FACE twice every day . MORNING and NIGHT.
i use Dove .. which i absolutely love as it leaves my skin feeling soft even without moisturizer .

3. moisturize your skin, it makes your skin look brighter and softer. However it depends on your skin type , some people don't like moisturizing their skin because their skin is oily.

4.Drink a lot of water... YES you heard me WATER...i never used to drink a lot of water i prefer fizzy drinks, but trust me its true ...YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!!! talking from experience 

5.DO not and i repeat it again DO NOT use your hands to touch your face  especially if you haven't washed them. 

6. DO NOT pick your skin or pop your spots....trust me i used to do that ..it just leaves you with BLACKHEADS on your face...
